Recently, there has been a lot of buzz around Cryptocurrency, but some people still don't know exactly how to get started buying and selling crypto. In this post, I will walk you through, step by step, the process of buying crypto-assets.
Step 1. Register on Binance
The first thing to do is to sign up for a Binance account.
On the registration page, enter your email address, create a password for your account, and enter the Referral ID (if any). Then, read and agree to the Terms of Service and click the Create Account button.
On the next page, complete the security verification by sliding the yellow puzzle piece to match the black one.
The system will send a verification code to your email. Please enter the verification code within 30 minutes. If you can’t find the verification email in your inbox, please check your other mail folders (such as spam or Junk) as well, or click the Resend Email button to resend the email.
Congratulations, you now have a Binance account.
Next, to enhance your account security, click the Go to Dashboard button to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), including phone verification and Google verification.
Step 2. Verify Your Identity
Follow the instructions or video tutorial on this page to complete your identity verification.
Step 3. Buy USDT
Next, follow the instructions or video tutorial on this page to buy USDT.
Step 4. Convert
On the Binance website, go to Trade on the top left part of the homepage, then choose Convert.
If you are on the Binance app, go to Trades (the middle option on the bottom part of your screen), then choose Convert at the top left part of your screen (for the default version of the app) or on the pop-up that shows up (for Binance Lite).
Select the coin you have and the coin you want to buy. You can choose to enter the number of coins you want to use (at the top part) or the number of coins you want to gain (at the bottom part).

Click Preview Conversion. You will then see the price quote for the transaction you’re considering. You have 5 seconds to approve the quote shown to you and fulfill the deal. If the 5 seconds expire, click Refresh to get a new rate.
Finally, click Convert. The transaction takes less than a second, and you’ll see the crypto you bought in your Spot Wallet.
